Returns

You may return non-personalized items for a refund, credit, or replacement, within thirty days of receiving your order. Simply send the items back to us and we will refund your account.

Custom printed items can be returned for a full refund if we have made an error in processing. If this is the case, please report the error to our customer service department prior to sending us your return, in order for us to quickly rectify the situation. We will either issue a full refund or rush out a new corrected order to you. Please report errors in personalized items to our Customer Service Department within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for errors in your original copy or print instructions.

Since all of our products are handmade, an extensive amount of labor goes into your order. If you change you mind after your order has been processed, we cannot refund the full amount of your order to you, however we will refund 25% of the cost of your order when your order is sent back to us. This allows us to re-coup the cost of the supplies and labor to create your order and allows you re-coup part of the costs incurred by you.

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and will do our best to accomodate all individual situations. If any of these unfortunate events occur, please call our customer service department for individual consideration.
